One Way Plumbing agrees to provide you (the customer) with service as needed at the VALUE RATE as listed in the One Way Plumbing Flat Rate Manual. The Value Rate is a substantial savings from the Standard Rates and is reserved exclusively for our Service Agreement Customers.
IN ADDITION TO THE VALUE RATE SAVINGS, WE WILL OFFER THE FOLLOWING:
PEACE OF MIND: Free Automatic (6) six month inspection in accordance with One Way Plumbing inspection report to keep your plumbing operating efficiently and trouble free. Potential problems can be spotted before they cause trouble - SAVING YOU MONEY!
SKILLED EXPERTS AT YOUR SERVICE: Our skilled, trained, dependable staff of experts are licensed and insured for your protection. We work with you to schedule plumbing inspections and service calls with your convenience in mind.
PREFERRED TREATMENT: Our Plan increases your plumbing reliability, but should you need emergency service, you will recieve preferential treatment. You pay only the VALUE RATE - never an overtime charge - 24 Hours Per Day - 7 Days Per Week.
PRICE PROTECTION: Your Service Agreement price cannot be raised during the effective dates. Prices will not be raised during renewal periods.
SERVICE YOU CAN TRUST: Our skilled experts know their business. You can rely on them and our reputation to give you fast, dependable and fair service. Our Service Plan and inspections reduce the number of emergency calls by revealing potential problems that can be corrected inexpensively before causing major plumbing repair bills. REMEMBER, WE CHARGE BY THE JOB, NOT BY THE HOUR, SO YOU SAVE MONEY.
RECORDS: One Way Plumbing will maintain complete records of all maintenance and repairs performed by us and will provide you with a written report upon completion of any work.
TERMS: This agreement is for one year from the effective date. Unless we notify you in writing at least 30 days prior to the anniversary date of any changes, we will renew this agreement at the same price and terms.
